Robert E. Quirk July 22, 1928 - September 5, 2019

With heavy hearts, we share that our friend, colleague, mentor, and founder passed away on September 5, 2019. His family has requested that donations in Mr. Quirk's memory be made to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Irvington, New York.

ROBERT E. QUIRK was a founding member and partner of Quirk and Bakalor, P.C. Mr. Quirk primarily represented manufacturers and insurers in the defense of asbestos-related matters, including mesothelioma, lung cancer and other malignancies associated with exposure to and ingestion of asbestos contained in various products. He also represented Pan American World Airways in the litigation arising out of the Lockerbie Bombing over Scotland, and a national manufacturer in the repetitive stress injury litigation.
