We are pleased to announce that Dominic S. Curcio has joined us as a Member of the Firm

A graduate of Fordham College and Fordham University School of Law, Dominic began at Quirk and Bakalor, P.C. and practiced with us for twenty-one years before leaving for seven years to solidify the litigation department of another firm.

Dominic is experienced in all facets of civil litigation and particularly skilled in application of the New York State Labor Law to construction accidents and the contract and coverage issues they present.

Founded in 1967 by Robert E. Quirk and Richard Bakalor, Q&B remains the trial, appellate, and coverage counsel of choice of insurance, construction, real estate, property, and risk management professionals.
